Inquisitor and henchfolk

There are 22 images on the page, so it might take a while to load them all. I'm not sure whether it'd be better to have thumbs for something like this, but then that'd add another layer which I'm not too keen to do.

The Witchunter himself - excellent model, hard to photograph though thanks to the hat brim. So he's a little bit too bright for the sake of the face. You can just see the patterning on his tunic thingie.

Sage: I wanted it to look like the ink was coming out of his fingers and being written vertically. Which looked really bad, so I got rid of the lines of regular purity-seal style text and put in something that looked vaguely kanji-ish. Much better.

Little bit of cast light on this guy from the brazier.

I guess this saves battery power on the servo-skulls? Although it seems like dragging them along the ground would add quite a bit to the maintenance bill.

The acolyte ended up being one of my favourite models after painting. Possibly it's the mittens :-).

Penitent Psyker - I was going to put some dirt on the soles of his feet then I realised that the leg braces didn't allow him to straighten his legs. Ick.

I wish all the Sisters of Battle looked as cool as this Hospitaller model. I might have to see about sculpting on some wimples when I do my own army.

My husband started calling this one 'Velma' and it stuck. I didn't like the model much until I painted her, I think the white-on-black script looks quite nifty.
