Amanthas the Huntress

Something about the way this model looked made me think of the beach. Maybe it was the bikini and the flower in her hair :-). I've saved her sabretooth friend to paint another time. I've still got this model, so I think I'll be fixing up the nmm (it's way off on her wrist-thing), and then re-photographing her as the pics are a bit washed out - her colours are way more vivid in person. The odd green furry stuff on her boots perhaps needs explanation - I'd planned to give this model lots of body tattoos in the tradition of Samoa or Tahiti etc, and found lots of pics with people performing with grass round their calves. So, green furry stuff=grass. I really like the shape of most of these Ikore chicks - they're short, curvy, and have good muscle tone. The proportions (except for the occasional big hand) are far more believable than many a mini. Fiannas, I mean you - not because they're thin with a big rack, but because none of their proportions fit together - they have contradictory frames. Unlike this sweetie, who looks just how she should :-). She's one of the examples in the skintone recipes.
