Iyanna Alarielle conversion
This is a very simple conversion based on the High Elf Everqueen, which is pretty standard for most people wanting to make a female farseer. I added a blade to the end of her staff, making it the Singing Spear, and sculted on a bit of wraithbone armour for her torso. The wraithbone was the most frustrating part of this paintjob - I changed its colour about 4 times (browny-bone, pink, grey-pink, finally marbled cream). It's not really 'bone' as such, but I think it looks ok for such an unusual substance as wraithbone - shows that it's not an everyday material. Her hair got a couple of treatments too, the first time round it was pale blonde which looked insipid against the rest of the scheme. Finally I went back to the colour wheel and realised that *something* had to be reddy-pink, so it might as well be her hair... that pretty much instantly brought the scheme to life :-).
The big wraithbone section on her base is made from many layers of card sandwiched together, carved out and then coated with glue to make smooth, and the gems are greenstuff ovals cut in half.
