Alaine
I went for a really bright fantasy look for Alaine - the purple hair and gold-trimmed blue armour are kinda odd but I liked the end effect. This model, like Ardynn, is inspired rather by Tad William's Sithi, who are all brightly coloured armour and dyed hair. They also have golden skin though - I really must paint a model like that. I repainted her tabard at the back about 3 times - there were purple borders, a birds wing like the hilt of her sword, all kindsa stuff, but it just didn't work. So on the principal that sometimes simple is better, I stuck to gold and cream - much better. My favourite bit on the whole model is the gold nmm on the helmet she's holding - it came out so smooth.
